  • A huge THANK YOU to everyone who ordered pies and other sweet treats from us this year! It’s been a busy but exciting week in our kitchen, fulfilling a record amount of orders. We recognize the fact that Wilmington has several amazing grocery stores full of awesome dessert options that are most likely less expensive and definitely more convenient to access, but we have 11 employees who are so, so grateful for your business and support this Thanksgiving as it’s allowed them to work around the clock doing what they love ❤️ We’re open till 6 today and then closing for the rest of the week!
  • You might be surprised to hear that I dabbled in some fashion design classes while studying at @meredithcollege. You might be less surprised to hear that it wasn’t a subject I excelled in. Let’s all be thankful this holiday season that I decided not to go that route or you could be wearing my creations instead of eating them 🥴But in terms of cookies, I think this tacky Thanksgiving sweater pairs very nicely with my festive fall stretchy pants 💁‍♀️

  • We wanna interrupt our regularly scheduled posts of cool cakes to recognize our amazing pastry chefs 🙌They’re masters of flavor, skilled in the making of all things sweet. Every cake we decorate or transform into a unicorn, dinosaur, Amazon box, Bojangles biscuit, etc. is baked by these two pros. Every holiday cookie and every sassy cookie starts with the dough they make. They fry every doughnut, bake every cupcake, fill every cream puff, mix every buttercream, and will prepare every pie that goes out our doors this fall. They’re extremely hard-working individuals and it’s an honor to have them on our team and watch them create pastry magic on a daily basis.
